Thank you from all the cats that found a forever home at our cat adoption event!

Dear supporter,
Last weekend, our cat adoption event was a success and 8 of our adult cats found a forever home! On their behalf, thank you so much; we couldn't have done it without you. While we still have some furry friends in need of a home, we are hopeful that it won't be too long until they find their match. You can find [here] their bios.
On another note, our annual fundraiser dinner is coming up next month. This year, we will have the pleasure of having professionnal dog trainer Jane Smith give us training tips and demonstrate her techniques with her loyal assistant, Buddy. You will also have the occasion to meet some of our good boys and girls looking to find their family. Follow this [link] to learn how you can RSVP to this event!
Looking forward to see you there!
Fun fact: Did you know?
Cats can jump as high as seven time their height! However, they do not always land on their feet. They actually have a balancing system in their ear that allow themselves to orient themselves and know which way is up; this is called the righting reflex. However, depending on the height of the jump, they might not be able to land safely. Click [here] to learn more about felines' natural ability to land safely after a fall!
Pet of the month: Meet Halsey!
Halsey is a beautiful 2 year-old bengal cat that was recently rescued from euthanasia. While high in energy, she is quite affectionnate and loves to be near her human. She is quite smart and a bit shy around new people. She will need an active family committed to play with her frequently. Halsey is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. If you are interested in learning more about her, follow this [link]!
Contest: Outdoors Playtime winner!
Congratulations to Johanna Walker, the winner of our Outdoors Playtime contest! The picture of Johanna's rescue Bruce playing at the beach won our hearts, and a 100$ gift card at our shop! Thank you to all those that submitted a picture of their beloved fluffballs and voted. Keep an eye out for our upcoming contests [here]!
